A Chicago man was arrested late Tuesday night after he allegedly urinated on the Clock Tower ramp building.

Police say the incident, involving 20-year-old Cameron Mescall, allegedly took place just after 11pm. He was seen urinating, and officers made contact with him.  He reportedly had bar wristbands on, had bloodshot watery eyes and the odor of ingested alcohol.  Mescall allegedly admitted to consuming 5 drinks prior to contact.

A post-arrest search reportedly found a fictitious ID under a different name, showing him to be 24 years old.

Mescall was charged with public intoxication and possession of a fake ID.  He was also cited for public urination.  If convicted on the criminal counts, he could be sentenced to up to 13 months in jail.
