Dave Casotti, Boone Mayor, talks about the Monday City Council Meeting. The Council did approve bids for the Eastgate Pump Station and Force Main Project, despite a $2.1M difference between the engineer’s estimate and the low bid. The Council approved the project and also approved a contract with the Boone Area Humane Society for Animal Control Services by a 4-3 vote.
