A teen was injured in a crash in Linn County on Wednesday morning.
The accident happened between Walker and Center Point on North Center Point Road north of Ring Road shortly before 7:30 am.
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office says a 15-year old driver was traveling northbound when they fell asleep. The vehicle went into the east ditch, where it struck a power pole.
The 15-year old was transported to a local hospital for what authorities believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
