Manchester Mayor Candidate – Joe Dittrick

The City and School Elections are just under two weeks away – and now until then, we’ll be introducing you to the candidates who will be appearing on this year’s ballots.

This year’s election features a contested race for Manchester mayor, with city council member Joe Dittrick challenging incumbent Connie Behnken.

Today, we’ll introduce you to Joe Dittrick.

Dittrick was elected to the Manchester City Council two years ago – and after receiving encouragement from some fellow residents, he’s now decided to run for mayor.

If he’s elected as Manchester’s next mayor, Dittrick says the first thing he wants to do is get the youth more involved.

Dittrick faces current mayor Connie Behnken in the November 4th City Election. We heard from Behnken on yesterday’s KMCH Local News – and you can also find her story on kmch.com.

Polls will be open on Tuesday, November 4th from 7 am to 8 pm – you can find your polling place by calling the Delaware County Auditor’s Office or checking online HERE. Or you can vote absentee in-person weekdays from 8 am to 4:30 pm through November 3rd at the Delaware County Auditor’s Office at the courthouse.
