Authorities have released the name of the Colesburg woman who was airlifted to the hospital after she was run over last week.
The Iowa State Patrol says 59-year old Paige Beasley was run over by a SUV in the front yard of 420 South Franklin Street in Colesburg shortly after 3:30 pm last Thursday. The SUV was driven by a 14-year old male.
Beasley was transported to Regional Medical Center in Manchester, where she was then airlifted to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City with serious injuries.
The minor’s name will not be released.
The Iowa State Patrol was assisted by the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, Colesburg Ambulance and Earlville Ambulance.
