A man North Liberty Police claim recorded himself sexually assaulting an unconscious victim has reached a plea deal.

35-year-old Edil Perez Zuniga is accused of using his cellphone to record several videos of himself sexually assaulting the victim at his Ash Court residence just after 2:45 a.m. last New Year’s Day.

The alleged victim reportedly found the videos after Perez Zuniga showed them an unrelated video on his phone. The videos were reportedly still on the phone when it was searched by police.
