An Adel man was arrested Sunday after allegedly threatening to kill a fellow Adel resident.
Edward Zachery Osburne, 35, of 1119 Grove St., Adel, was charged with first-degree harassment.
The incident occurred about 5:15 p.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Greene Street in Adel.
According to court records, Osburne left a voicemail message on the victim’s phone that said, “So the next time I see you, which is going to be Friday, you better move that fuckin’ truck pretty fuckin’ fast, motherfucker. Because I’m going to find you, and I’m going to fuckin’ kill you. Do you understand me?”
Osburne was held in the Dallas County Jail on a $2,000 cash or surety bond in advance of an initial appearance in Dallas County District Court.
