A Tiffin man was arrested Sunday afternoon after allegedly brandishing a gun at another man.

According to the police report, 55-year-old Daryl Miller of East 3rd Street was mowing his yard just before 1pm when a woman left a water-soaked bag in the middle of the road. Miller reportedly got into an argument with the woman, and a man also got involved.

Miller allegedly pushed the man and pulled a handgun from his waistband.

The woman had photos of Miller, and she and the man stated that he pointed the handgun at the male victim.

Miller was taken into custody and charged with Assault while Displaying a Dangerous Weapon. If convicted, he could be sentenced to up to two years in jail.
