DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service Office in Des Moines has released updated information concerning the following hydrology concerns. Persistent heavy rainfall could lead to flash flooding and eventually river flooding across central Iowa beginning Tuesday evening and continuing through Thursday night.
