One person has been seriously injured in a car vs. motorcycle crash near Lone Tree.
The Iowa State Patrol reports a 2022 Chevy Silverado was westbound on Highway 22 just before 3:00 Thursday afternoon when it struck a 2001 Harley Davidson that was northbound on Wapsi Avenue.
The motorcyclist was transported to University of Iowa Health Care with what the State Patrol described as life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Chevy has been identified as 59-year-old Williams Lewis of Blair, Nebraska. The name of the motorcyclist has not yet been released.
