Cedar Crossing Casino in Cedar Rapids will be hiring hundreds of employees ahead of its mid-November opening
General Manager Kim Pang told KCRG TV that the casino is looking for workers across a wide range of roles and experience levels, from 16-year-olds to retirees wanting a part-time job and everything in between.
The casino will be hiring surveillance staff, cooks, dishwashers, receivers, slot technicians, accounting personnel and human resources staff. Security and cashier positions will need to be filled as well.
Dealers need not have experience to apply, as they will be trained for up to six weeks ahead of the casino’s opening.
