Dyersville Welcoming New Business in Industrial Center

Dyersville’s 20 West Industrial Center will welcome a new business with a ground-breaking ceremony later this month.

Suttner America Co., a supplier and distributor of pressure washer components and accessories, is expanding its operations with a new 30,000-square-foot facility in Dyersville’s 20 West Industrial Center. The company’s continued growth required the need for additional warehouse and assembly space.

“We are extremely pleased to welcome Suttner America Company to our industrial landscape,” said Roger Gibbs, President of Dyersville Economic Development Corporation, who owns the industrial park land and serves as the City’s conduit for economic development. “Our team of dedicated professionals and trusted partnership with the City of Dyersville, creates a one-stop shop for businesses who are looking to relocate or expand their business. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with another successful company and appreciate the significant investment Suttner America is making in our community.”

The more than $3 million facility in Dyersville will increase Suttner America’s footprint by approximately 11,000 square feet, providing additional warehouse capacity, expanded light assembly space, and room to support future growth.

Construction is expected to begin this summer, with the company planning to occupy the new facility in 2027.
