DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service Office in Des Moines has provided updated information concerning extreme heat and humidity, and possible severe storms. Dangerous heat is expected across much of Iowa, with severe weather across Northwest Iowa. Extreme heat will be in place Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
