Keegan Hutchinson is the owner of Fragrance & Finery Co.
What makes Fragrance & Finery Co. even more unique is its location – a little green she-shed at 508 East Howard Street in Manchester.
Fragrance & Finery Co. officially opened last week. They’ll be open Mondays through Fridays 2:30 to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 to 2.
