A Tiffin man has been charged after an alleged threat against Clear Creek Amana schools.
According to police, 18-year-old Jameson Cummings was found to have posted on his X account Wednesday afternoon a threat to the CCA school district indicating that people would die on Thursday.
The threat reportedly made references toward bombing and deaths, and made public on Cummings’ account.
School officials were notified of the threat by other students.
Cummings is charged with Threat of Terrorism, a Class D felony punishable by a prison sentence of up to five years if convicted.
