An argument over late night restroom etiquette at a downtown Iowa City fast food restaurant has led to a Linn County woman’s arrest.

University of Iowa Police say 19-year-old Dasia Woods of Marion cut in front of another woman who was waiting in line to use the restroom at Raisin’ Caines in the Old Capitol Town Center just before 2:30 Sunday morning. When Woods exited the restroom, the woman made a statement about Woods cutting in front of her. Woods reportedly replied, “Do you want to get smacked?”, then Woods allegedly punched the woman in the face.

Woods is charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury. If convicted, she faces a maximum of one year in jail.
