Boone Police Chief John Wiebold spends time reviewing the departments activity over the past couple of weeks. He talked about traffic affecting the Farm Progress Show and of course the traffic on the southside of the city during Super Nationals. Wiebold said the department had over 135-hours of overtime during the week. Attention now turns to the annual Pufferbilly Days Celebration. He also talked about the work going into an ordinance dealing with electric scooters and e-bikes to be presented to the Council at their meeting Monday.
