Magnetic ‘Goody King’ toys recalled over risk of blood poisoning, death after ingestion

Building cube sets sold on Amazon are being recalled after at least two children had to undergo surgery after ingesting the magnets inside them, per the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
