A Coralville man is accused of threatening to kill his neighbor.
Coralville Police say just before 7:00 Wednesday night 62-year-old Timothy Flanigan of Norcor Avenue threatened to grab a gun and kill a person in a neighboring apartment. Flanigan allegedly admitted to throwing a shotgun shell at the other person during the altercation.
Flanigan was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 5:30 Friday night and charged with 1st Degree Harassment. If convicted, he faces a maximum of two years in jail.
