Democrat Ryan Melton is once again running to represent Iowa’s 4th District in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Melton, who made the announcement Friday, says his campaign will focus on public health, rural revitalization, property rights, and transparent representative governance.

Incumbent Randy Feenstra defeated Melton in the general election in both 2022 and 2024. Feenstra, who hasn’t yet announced his plans for 2025, has held the 4th District seat since January 3rd, 2021 after defeating J.D. Scholten in the 2020 election.
