SIOUX CITY, Iowa (Iowa Media Wire) — The wife of Woodbury County supervisor Jeremy Taylor has been released from prison.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons says Kim Taylor was released on Friday. She will now serve four months of home incarceration and two years of supervised release.
Earlier this month, Taylor’s attorney filed paperwork saying she should be acquitted on all charges due to insufficient evidence and errors by the trial court.
Taylor was found guilty last November on 52 charges relating to election fraud involving a scheme to generate votes for the June and November 2020 elections.
