Jacob Eli Parnell, 21, of Jefferson passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Sept. 17 from 4-7 p.m. at the Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home-Perry Chapel at 1721 Park St. in Perry.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 18 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry, Iowa.
