Charges have been dropped in a Coralville case involving nude photos allegedly being posted to social media as an act of revenge.
Investigators claimed 26-year-old Joshua Odum Horton of Muscatine had been arguing with the alleged victim at an apartment on 5th in June when he posted nude photos of her without her consent.
Odum Horton was charged with 1st Degree Harassment, an Aggravated Misdemeanor punishable by up to two years in jail. But online court records show on Wednesday that Judge Deborah Minot dismissed the charge and lifted a no-contact order in the case.
