Firefighters launched an aggressive exterior attack, quickly containing the fire and preventing it from spreading to nearby homes and structures. While the primary residence and several neighboring properties sustained heat damage, the fast response by fire crews ensured the fire did not extend beyond the initial scene.

Power was temporarily disconnected to the affected property and one adjacent residence as a precaution.
