Loras College cross country runner Kassie Parker has claimed the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Female Athlete of the Week honor for the second time this season after another dominating performance on Saturday. The graduate student from Guttenberg claimed her second consecutive A-R-C Championship on Saturday at the Simpson College. Parker the reigning NCAA D-3 champion will begin a quest for a second straight Saturday, November 12th at the Midwest Regional Meet.
