DUBUQUE, Iowa (Iowa Media) — A Dubuque man is now facing charges after police say he intentionally started a fire that damaged three apartment units last week.

Cory Conway, 37, is charged with first degree arson for allegedly setting a fire at the Pine Terrace Apartments just before 11 a.m. on February 3. Investigators estimated the fire caused $50,000 in damage. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
