...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 5-P.M. THIS EVENING THROUGH 7-A.M. TUESDAY

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be  possible.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.


* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Soil moisture is relatively high due to recent heavy rainfall. Additional rainfall tonight may lead to flash   flooding.
