Courthouse closed for Thanksgiving
The Taylor County Courthouse will be closed Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 for Thanksgiving. The Clerk of Court will be closed Wednesday, November 26, Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28.
Ham, turkey winners announced
Winners are announced in the Lenox Time Table Holiday Drawing held last week. Participating businesses held their drawings on November 20 for a ham or turkey. Winners were given certificates to redeem at the Lenox Market.

St. Patrick’s Annual Cookie Carnival December 6
St. Patrick’s Catholic Church will have its annual Cookie Carnival Saturday, Dec. 6. Cost is $12 per container and starts at 10 a.m. til gone.
