A West Des Moines man arrested on a Dallas County warrant in connection with an incident in September in which he was allegedly observed masturbating at a girls soccer game.
Jeremiah Immanuel Duran, 19, of 538 34th St., was charged with two counts of indecent exposure.
According to court records, the incident occurred about 7:15 p.m. on Sept. 8 in the parking lot of the RecPlex at 6500 Grand Ave. in West Des Moines, where two female victims allegedly observed Duran in a vehicle with “his pants pulled down to mid thigh” and acting “in a manner consistent with masturbating.”
One of the victims was with her three children, “two of which were under the age of 12,” when they allegedly saw Duran, according to court records.
At the time of the alleged incident, a youth soccer game was occurring, involving “females under the age of 16,” according to court records.
Duran was held n the Dallas County Jail on a $1,000 cash or surety bond in advance of an initial appearance in Dallas County District Court.
