Tension and emotions are running high across the country for a lot of reasons.
One is the deployment of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in big cities around the country, assigned to detain and deport people in the United States illegally.
Their tactics have come into question. Some Americans have been picked up in the raids.
Host Jim Niedelman brings back Jeff Kaufmann and Mark Schwiebert to discuss.
“This ruling does not negate reasonable suspicion that is needed by these law enforcement agents,” Kaufmann said.
“I think it really is a strong contradiction on the part of the Supreme Court,” Schwiebert said.
