Dan Spellman of Perry treated his fellow members of the Society of Retired Experts (SORE) to sweet rolls and coffee Friday morning at the Courtyard Cafe in downtown Perry.
As a veteran solicitor, Spellman particularly emphasized in his birthday comments the ongoing illegality of many actions by the Trump administration.
Helping Spellman celebrate were SORE members John Andorf, Jim Caufield, Nick Eakins, Ken Finer, Ray Harden, Lou Hoger, Larry Laborde and Richard Wede.
A half-dozen member of the Women of Wonder coffee group also helped to share Spellman’s joy.
