A Perry woman was arrested Monday after she allegedly assaulted a Perry man.
Elange Pierre, 35, of 2512 Perry Park Ave., Perry, was charged with first-offense domestic abuse assault.
The incident began about 12:30 p.m. Monday at a residence in the 1400 block of First Avenue in Perry.
According to court records, Pierre allegedly “went to the victim’s home, grabbed him,
stretched his shirt collar, attempted to strike him with her fist and pulled his facial hair.”
The victim recorded the incident and showed the video to law enforcement, according to court records.
Pierre was held in the Dallas County Jail on a $500 cash or surety bond. She is scheduled for a pretrial conference Nov. 12 in Dallas County District Court.
