A Missouri man was arrested on a Dallas County warrant Oct. 1 in connection with an incident last November in West Des Moines in which he allegedly possessed child pornography.
Scott Alexander Koslow, 37, of 316 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, Missouri, was charged with 10 counts of first-offense purchase/possess depiction of minor in sex act.
According to court records, Koslow allegedly “was in possession of child pornography, which was on his laptop computer,” on Nov. 23, 2024, at a residence in the 9000 block of Greenspire Drive in West Des Moines.
A warrant for Koslow’s arrest was ordered in June in Dallas County District Court and served Oct. 1.
Koslow is held in the Dallas County Jail on a $15,000 cash or surety bond, He is scheduled for a bond hearing Oct. 24 in Dallas County District Court.
