Minnesota man arrested for allegedly molesting two Perry girls

A Minnesota man was arrested on a Dallas County warrant in Perry Thursday in connections with incidents in 2014 and 2015 in which he allegedly sexually abused two Perry minors.

Nelson Oswaldo Molina Padillas, 32, of 1501 E. Burnsville Parkway, Burnsville, Minnesota, was charged with two counts of third-degree sexual abuse, two counts of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and supplying alcohol to a person under age.

According to court records, between June 1, 2014, and March 15, 2015, Molina Padillas allegedly sexually abused a 9-year-old female and a 15-year-old female while staying at a residence in the 800 block of William Street in Perry.

A warrant for Molina Padillas’ arrest was ordered June 24, 2014, in Dallas County District Court.

Molina Padillas is held in the Dallas County Jail on a $25,000 cash-only bond. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Oct. 27 in Dallas County District Court.
