Little ghosts and goblins are invited to enjoy spooky fun at the Daytime Spooktacular at the East Moline Public Library!
The library will be transformed into a fun atmosphere with costumes, makeup and cheerful actors who will greet you with smiles and waves as you trick-or-treat through the library! Join the fun Saturday, October 25, 2:00–3:30 p.m. Designed and facilitated by the Teen Library Council, this is a free event for ages 12 and under and is designed for young children or those who prefer a scare-free experience.
