Get your running shoes and your favorite costume on and participate in the Taylor County Conservation Halloween Costume/5K Fun Run on Saturday, October 25 at Sands Timber. Enjoy the beautiful fall colors as your run through the prairie and timber trails.
If you don’t want to run, you can enjoy a casual walk on the Trick or Treat Trail with the kids through the prairie.
The run starts at 3:00 p.m. and a trick or treat walk will be held from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
There are seven campsites available for camping on a first come first serve basis.
Sands Timber is located at 2811 Yellowstone, Blockton, Iowa.
