MILFORD, Iowa (Iowa Media Wire) — On Thursday morning, Siouxland firefighters responded to a structure fire in northwest Iowa.

Milford Fire Department and Arnolds Park-Okoboji Fire Department both responded to a fire at A-I Storage just after 7:30 a.m. Firefighters had to open several storage units to find the source of the blaze.

Milford Fire Chief Jim Carpenter said the flames started on the east end of the building, and the fire was caused by a generator charging batteries.
