A motorist fled the scene after striking a parked vehicle in west Perry early Thursday.
The overturned car was abandoned in the 500 block of Warford Street about 2:30 a.m.
Officers of the Perry Police Department detected what they believed was blood inside the vehicle.
The force of the collision moved the parked Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck into the middle of the street.
Officers of the Perry Police Department are investigating the incident at this hour.
