Logan Howard (Scott County Jail)

The criminal complaint filed in Scott County Court says Davenport Police responded to E. 10th Street and Tremont Avenue for a report of an armed robbery on September 8 at about midnight. The defendant, identified as Logan Howard, 18, assaulted the victim and took $100 in cash from her. She told police Howard brandished a firearm before assaulting her and taking her money. An independent third-party witness saw the assault taking place and called 911. There are two co-defendants involved in this case.

Howard was arrested on September 9 and charged with first-degree robbery. He is being held in the Scott County Jail on a secured $25,000 bond and has a preliminary hearing on September 18.
