Halloween itself may still be months away, but the ‘spirit’ of the spooky season was alive and well in Rock Island.
QC Haunts and History and Skeleton Key Art and Antiques presented Summerween, an arts event for all things creepy, spooky and kooky by area artists and organizations. Visitors browsed the market for wicked wares, and the event featured crazy costume and terrifying tattoo contests.
The event was free to attend for Halloween enthusiasts.
