SIOUX COUNTY, Iowa (Iowa Media Wire) — This is the second year that the Sioux County Youth Fair has been held at its new location, the old Sioux Center Airport. Monday was the fourth day of the 2025 Sioux County Youth Fair in Sioux Center.
There were plenty of activities for children to do. Some of those activities included climbing inflatables, taking part in a kids pedal tractor pull, and more. The fair also has pony rides and a petting zoo to see the animals up close.
Officials said the Youth Fair continues to get bigger each year. “I feel like seeing it grow, it just makes it more exciting because there are more opportunities and more things that can happen. This makes you want to come back and see what happens next year,” Lexi Klarenbeek, a Sioux County Youth Fair goer, said. “I feel like the people, they’re coming together, and everybody’s just so familiar with each other. Everyone’s willing to help each other out.”
This year’s Youth Fair goes from Monday through Friday.
