Friday night’s rain forced a delay in the Arconic Junior Bix, but that didn’t dampen the spirits of the little walkers, runners and crawlers who participated in the Davenport event.
Hundreds of kids in various age brackets up through 12 years old got going with the support of grandparents, parents and siblings.
Every participant received a medal, T-shirt and entry to the post-race party.
