BRONSON, Iowa (Iowa Media Wire) — The town of Bronson held their annual 4th of July parade on Friday.

The event started at 10 a.m. on July 4 with multiple participants taking part in the parade, including first responders and the Bronson Rustler 4-H Club.

The parade route began on Maple Street and went to Bronson City Park. After the parade ended, the Bronson Fire Department held an auction at 12:30 p.m. and a horseshoe tournament at 2:30 p.m.

The town ended the night with a firework show. This was day two of the town’s 4th of July celebrations.

there will be a co-ed softball tournament at 8 a.m. and a co-ed mud volleyball tournament at 9 a.m. There will also be a bean bag tournament at The Bronson Bar to start at 7 p.m.

Then, on July 6, water fights are set to take place at 1 p.m. at the Bronson Elementary School parking lot.
