The fourth annual Empower House Spooktacular will invade Quinlan Court in downtown Davenport on Saturday, October 5 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Quinlan Court is at the intersection of Brady Street and River Drive. There will be a 5K race along the riverfront bike path, starting and ending at the fall festival.
The Spooktacular is Empower House’s largest fundraising event and has something for everyone, including food trucks, live music, kids’ activities and a vendor fair selling baked goods, Lagomarcino’s caramel apples, custom cocktails and mocktails, traveling coffee truck, handmade pottery, artisan skincare, and more. Food trucks will be onsite, including Smokin’ Butts, Justin Tacos, and Lil’ D’s Big Donuts. There will be live music from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
The festival is free and open to the public, but race participants or teams must register for the 5K. The race will start at 10 a.m. Prizes include 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers, best costume, biggest team and team with most funds raised. Click here to sign up.
