Spencer, Iowa launches flood resources hub

SPENCER, Iowa (Iowa Media Wire) — The City of Spencer announced in a Facebook post on Wednesday that a new hub has been created to provide the public with up-to-date information about flood recovery and rebuild efforts.


How to help flooding victims in Siouxland

The post states that the new Recovery Resource Hub is a one-stop spot for headlines, river conditions, homeowner and business resources, and frequently asked questions.
