SIOUX CITY, Iowa (Iowa Media Wire) — Get ready for an adrenaline-fueled day at the annual Rivercade Skateboard competition and festival!
This family-friendly event aims to celebrate the culture of the community bringing together elements of sport, art, food, and music.

On July 20 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Cook Park in Sioux City will be transformed into a festival destination for families, thrill-seekers, and art enthusiasts alike.
Event highlights are as follows:
- A Skateboard Competition from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. where competitors will showcase their skills and compete for the championship title.
- Live Music by DJ Skribe
- Food vendors serving an array of food ranging from gourmet burgers, to vegan delights, and international cuisine.
- Art vendors with a wide variety of art ranging from paintings and sculptures to handmade crafts and jewelry.
