SIOUX CITY, Iowa (Iowa Media Wire) — With Saturday in the Park a couple of days away, many Siouxlanders are planning their day of music and fun. But that starts with where they should park.
While many people choose to drive their own car, Sioux City Transit will be offering rides for anyone who would like to get dropped off at the festival. The bus service runs from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. from the Tyson Events Center to 24th and Grandview.
Phil Claeys- Sioux City Transporter Phil Claeys states that Sioux City Transit is likely the best option, but if you plan to take your own vehicle then you might want to be prepared to walk.
“To try and to come up here and park, that’s darn near impossible to park anywhere within six blocks so we suggest you take the block,” Claeys said.
