SIOUX COUNTY, Iowa (Iowa Media Wire) — The Remsen woman accused of stealing from here former employer has pleaded not guilty.
According to court documents, Essence Dinwoodie, who has been accused of stealing from her employer, has pleaded not guilty.
She was accused of stealing after an investigation by Advance Auto Parts.
It was said Dinwoodie allegedly admitted to stealing more than $12,000 over six months. She also allegedly admitted to putting false returns into the system on all cash returns.
Dinwoodie’s pretrial conference will be held on August 5 at 9:30 a.m. and the jury trial will be held on Nov. 12 at 9 a.m.
