A portion of Lakeshore Drive in Storm Lake will be closed for the next several days.
According to a City of Storm Lake news release, Lakeshore Drive will be closed to vehicle traffic from Peterson to College Street, adjacent to Circle Park, until next Monday, July 8th. The closure is to protect a vulnerable surface from heavy equipment associated with construction in the area.
The barricades will be removed for the Star Spangled Spectacular to allow for the parade lineup on the morning of Thursday, July 4th.
