SLOAN, Iowa (Iowa Media Wire) — A Sioux City man accused of multiple burglaries around Sloan has entered a plea of not guilty for several felony charges.
According to court documents, Michael Lindgren, 49, pleaded not guilty on Thursday to one count of second-degree criminal mischief as a habitual offender and four counts of third-degree burglary as a habitual offender.
Lindgren was charged after allegedly breaking into four businesses and one vehicle in the early morning hours of May 27.
An in-person arraignment has been scheduled for June 21. A trial will be scheduled for a later date.
